Job description

We are seeking a driven and organized individual to join our team as a bilingual Senior Consultant. As a NetSuite Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing NetSuite solutions for our clients. Successful candidates for this role should possess a strong knowledge of NetSuite's capabilities in the product vertical (Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing). You will be advising the clients with a white-gloved approach to understand business needs, design solutions, and provide quality support to ensure the clients have the highest level of satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and oversee SuiteSuccess implementations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and adherence to best practices
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, providing guidance, expertise, and consistent updates
  • Effectively manage smaller projects by coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to achieve successful outcomes
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that project milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget
  • Maintain in-depth expertise in one primary industry specialization while developing a secondary area of focus to broaden the scope of client support
  • Leverage niche module knowledge, such as Revenue Recognition or Job Costing, to design tailored solutions that address unique client challenges
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, providing strategic recommendations to enhance client operations
  • Design and deliver solutions that integrate seamlessly into the client’s existing workflows, improving efficiency and productivity
  • Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions to understand client needs thoroughly
  • Develop comprehensive solution designs and roadmaps tailored to each client’s goals and industry best practices
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure technical implementations align with functional requirements and client expectations
  • Dispatch tasks that fall outside the Senior Consultant's expertise to appropriate team members, monitoring progress to ensure completion through the task cycle
  • Act as a strategic advisor, building strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering value-driven solutions and insights
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support and recommendations for additional optimizations and enhancements
  • Any other delegated responsibilities by the Employer


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of overall relevant domain experience in one or more of NetSuite’s core vertical markets (e.g. Wholesale, Manufacturing, and/or Retail.)
  • 10+ end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation experience.
  • Supply Chain/Manufacturing Knowledge (An asset)
  • CPA/MBA/Accounting designations (An asset)
  • Excellent ability to speak in French and English
  • NetSuite Certifications
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience designing and architecting business process flow charts
  • Ability to evolve Customer business processes based on leading practices
  • Ability to travel on a modest to moderate basis, when appropriate
  • Knowledge of NetSuite products in the products space (An asset)
