Overview

Provides strategic expertise to advance key initiatives of the public relations function at Paychex, working in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities
  • Oversees the company’s research-based public relations function to demonstrate and advance the insight and expertise Paychex brings to the business landscape.
  • Works in partnership with the manager of Public Relations to implement the company’s public relations plan, providing applicable guidance and direction to the external public relations agency, to drive awareness and exposure for Paychex.
  • Supports the public relations initiatives of specific business units and channels to ensure the positive promotion of Paychex products and services.
  • Develops and implements public relations plans in support of corporate campaigns to showcase Paychex’s commitment to business success.
  • Supports internal communications efforts to enhance the company’s commitment to creating an informed and positive culture at Paychex.
  • Generates regional and local public relations exposure to increase awareness of Paychex’s presence throughout the United States.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position’s function.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $83,000 - $115,500. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
