About The Role
The Operations Program Manager is responsible for managing the schedule and execution of new programs in manufacturing to meet or exceed milestones as set forth by ZT. The Operations Program Manager's scope of responsibility covers the end-to-end process of current program optimization and new programs development. The operations program manager is ultimately responsible for factory readiness and the successful implementation of the programs into production.
What You'll Do
  • Anticipate, plan, and coordinate internal logistics/needs across projects and facilities in ZT Systems
  • Ensuring all stakeholders (Internal and External) are engaged and aligned to the program goals.
  • Employ a can-do attitude, taking on any task required to support the team and get things done.
  • Create and develop program reports and summaries for executive management in conjunction with team leads across the operations and production groups.
  • Develop tools and analytics for project reporting, enabling program teams to focus more efforts on problem solving.
  • Maintain and assist in driving productive meetings across project teams, providing, and following up with action items as necessary.
  • Assess, analyze, consolidate, and communicate risk & status clearly and succinctly.
  • Support team growth in critical communication methods and personal development areas.
  • Coordinate manufacturing preparation activities and collaborate with manufacturing planning to develop implementation timelines.
  • Identify key program issues and present options for resolution.
  • Coordinate internal resources such as engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams in issue resolution and recovery planning.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, or industrial preferred), Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • 5+ years project management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with continuous improvement / lean programs
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and Word) Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in Engineering Software
  • Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Aconex, PlanGrid, and or Procore preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal guidance; proactive, motivated self-starter
