Job description

As an Associate Application Developer at IBM, you'll help organizations transform how they serve customers, improve operations, and accelerate digital innovation through modern applications and cloud technologies.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: 4 days a week in office based on project requirements

  • Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies, along with foundational knowledge of SQL.
  • Understanding of software development fundamentals, databases, APIs, cloud computing, and enterprise applications.
  • Exposure to application development, data, or cloud-related projects through coursework, internships, research, or personal learning.
  • Familiarity with Git or similar version control tools.
  • Curiosity about enterprise technologies, Artificial Intelligence, cloud solutions, and digital transformation.
