Current Openings Vice President of Special Events Operations Manager Coordinates the effective and timely administration of all logistics. Tracks and coordinates policies and literature Communicates information to Board and Excecutive Staff Assists with other organization tasks, including managing the administration and assisting with organizational management. Support Staff SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES Demonstrated customer service skills in dealing with a diverse constituency through a variety of media.

Demonstrated ability in data entry and database management, including creating mail merge letters, running reports, Demonstrated ability to work well independently or on a team, always showing respect for the diverse constituencies at GFWC and within its membership Excellent member/customer service and interpersonal, verbal, and written skills Flexibility in adapting work capacity to the needs of the office Enthusiasm for volunteer service and an interest in community development initiatives Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Internet research tools Ability to work under tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities is essential MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Ongoing access to computer and internet/email Excellent interpersonal and excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills required. Demonstrated experience working with association management/membership database preferred. TIME COMMITMENT 5-6 hours a week.
