Job Summary and Qualifications

Summary:

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for processing referrals for designated service line programs and admission scheduling directly or by facilitation to assure coordination of delivery of patient services. The coordinator facilitates contact amongst the medical, clinical and administrative staff as needed. 

Qualifications:

Required Education: High School Graduate 

Preferred Education: Associates Degree Required License: None 

Preferred License: CNA or LPN Required Experience: Demonstrates leadership and analytical skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

Preferred Experience: Minimum of 3 years of directly related work experience in healthcare. Qualified Spanish speaking applicants encouraged to apply.
