  • Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities<\/span>

  • Manage the designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.<\/span>

    • Proficiency in low\-level internals in one or more technology areas (Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices)<\/span>

    • Proficiency with networking (TCP\/IP) and socket level programming.<\/span>

    • CNO capability development experience.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Troubleshooting and debugging experience.<\/span>

    • U.S. Citizenship Required: Due to the nature of this position and the requirement to maintain a U.S. government security clearance, only U.S. citizens are eligible.<\/span>
