Job description

Director of Plant Engineering - Two Senior Opportunities

The reason most plant engineering directors don't move isn't that there's nothing worth moving for.

It's that they've done the math and decided geography makes it impossible. The right role is never where they are. And they're not going to uproot a family on a maybe.

That assumption is worth questioning right now.

These two Director of Plant Engineering openings just came across my desk. Two positions open simultaneously... which actually matters, because it doubles the realistic probability that one of them fits your situation. Full corporate relocation on both. Multiple plant locations available... meaning the geography problem most people use to talk themselves out of looking is largely off the table.

Strong base compensation plus annual performance bonus, depending on scope. Both are direct hire. Food manufacturing background required... protein processing experience a strong plus. The technical profile is real: CapEx management, advanced maintenance systems, AutoCAD, SAP. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role, not a title with a corner office.

The visible assumption is that director-level moves require perfect timing and perfect geography all at once.

The actual situation is that most candidates who'd be right for these never see them.

If you're a plant engineering leader who's stopped looking because the conditions seemed wrong... two seats are open. Full relocation is covered.
