Customer Service Team Member Overview

At Chick-fil-A®, Customer Service Team members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day. We are looking for both full-time and part-time Customer Service Team Members who are hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest. Team Members at this location are employed by COR Restaurant Services, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chick-fil-A, Inc.

Responsibilities

  • Following Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures.
  • Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality.
  • Taking orders and making accurate changes quickly.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions.
  • Ensuring guest complaints are resolved properly and swiftly.
  • Ensuring product quality and consistency.
  • Assisting leadership in executing opening and/or closing procedures.
  • Modeling and supporting clear communications between the front counter and kitchen staff.
  • Following sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality.
