Job description

Established custom cabinetry manufacturer located in Coal City, IL looking to fill a full time general labor position. Only qualified candidates will be considered.
Job responsibilities include:
  • Shop clean up, putting tools away, sanding, staining, operating hand tools, table saw.
  • Additional tasks or projects as defined by the owner and team lead.
  • We will provide training in all aspects of manufacturing custom cabinetry.
  • Understanding company assembly standards and installation techniques.
  • Follow quality and safety standards.
  • Ability and desire to learn other aspects of our cabinet shop.

Personal Requirements:
  • Must be proficient in reading and using a tape measure, and have basic mathematical skills.
  • Communication skills in English and physically fit (standing for long periods, bending, reaching, squatting, and lifting up to 50lbs or more).
  • Team player, service-oriented, honest and reliable.
  • Problem-solving skills and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to learn a trade from the ground up and follow directions.

Rate of pay based on experience.
