Williams is a leading mechanical contractor in the Northwest, delivering complex HVAC and mechanical systems across hospitals, commercial buildings, high-end custom homes, and other major projects throughout Montana.

As an HVAC Superintendent, you’ll take ownership of large-scale and/or multi-site HVAC projects from start to finish. This is a field leadership role for someone who sees the big picture, knows how to lead people, and takes pride in delivering quality work safely, on schedule, and within budget.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and oversee large or multiple HVAC jobsites, including manpower planning, scheduling, and logistics
  • Coordinate field teams, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades to keep projects moving
  • Drive quality control, code compliance, safety, and consistent jobsite standards
  • Identify and resolve field challenges before they impact schedule, budget, or quality
  • Mentor Foremen and crews while setting the standard for safety, professionalism, and craftsmanship


WHAT YOU BRING

  • 8+ years of HVAC/mechanical experience, with Superintendent-level leadership strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, codes, and mechanical construction
  • Proven ability to lead large crews and manage complex projects
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, manpower planning, and jobsite coordination
  • Ability to make sound decisions in the field and keep projects moving
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right
