About the Role:

The Volunteer Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and engaged volunteer community that supports the organization's mission and programs. This position is responsible for the strategic recruitment, training, and retention of volunteers, ensuring they are well-prepared and motivated to contribute effectively. The coordinator will develop and implement outreach initiatives to build strong relationships within the community and expand the volunteer base.
