Job description

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOUCES SPECIALIST in the Total Force Manpower Management (N1) of HDQTRS NDW.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing expert level consultation on multiple functional areas of Human Resources (HR) (i.e., position classification, compensation, staffing and recruitment, employee and labor relations, incentive awards programs, overseas tours, and workforce shaping/restructuring; 2) Developing plans and projects to achieve consistency, innovation, and standardization of region-wide programs, special projects, and other functional areas of human resources; and 3) Utilizing all functional areas of human resources (staffing/recruitment and classification, OPM guidelines, DCPDS, TWMS, and USA Staffing platforms) in order to provide comprehensive in-depth assessments of any problems or operating issues that may impact the region.
