  • Manages work and workflow using project management software (such as Asana), including task tracking, project timelines, and cross-functional coordination
  • Utilizes AI tools (including Microsoft Copilot and Claude) to support content development and workflow efficiency - with a strong commitment to brand compliance and maintaining Clarke's authentic, accurate voice in all outputs

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, hybrid role w/ minimum 3 days in office
Location: St Charles, IL
Candidates should be located in reasonable proximity to St. Charles, IL. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable marketing automation platform with basic data hygiene practices
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
  • Experience managing social media accounts and using scheduling platforms
  • Strong writing skills with an eye for brand voice and detail
  • Comfort working with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot or Claude to improve efficiency
  • Basic understanding of analytics - email performance, social insights, Google Analytics
