Job description

I am developing a hand-drawn psychological horror game called “The Girl Who Stayed.” The project focuses on themes of trauma, guilt, and emotional horror, with a story-driven approach that relies on subtle animation, atmosphere, and player choice. I am looking for a volunteer animator to help create 2D character animations including idle, walk cycles, breathing, and reaction poses, as well as small environmental and atmospheric animations.

The art style is expressive, hand-drawn, and slightly imperfect, with an emphasis on realistic emotional expression rather than exaggerated motions. This is a solo-developed, volunteer project with the potential for future paid opportunities if funding is secured.

Full credit will be given for any work contributed.
