Is this job for you?
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Graphic Production Artist to support new Wholesale and DTC initiatives across customization, partnerships, and licensing apparel. This role is a key member of the graphics team, responsible for ensuring all artwork meets technical, brand & partner standards from concept through production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and is comfortable managing a high volume of apparel styles and assets with precision and efficiency.
What you'll do:
  • Create production-ready mechanicals for apparel and accessories, from both in-house and external creative partners, ensuring all files meet Faherty and vendor specifications
  • Produce and maintain customer-facing mock-ups and presentation decks for Wholesale Business Development.
  • Manage a high volume of styles and artwork across multiple programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery
  • Maintain organized, production-ready file structures and version control across all graphic assets
  • Create and organize assets for eCommerce imagery
  • Partner closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and support additional graphic needs as required

What you'll have:
  • Excellent organizational and comMinimum of 3 years of experience on an apparel graphics team; licensing experience preferred
  • Proven expertise in building accurate, production-ready graphic mechanicals
  • Strong understanding of print and embroidery techniques, including usage and application
  • Ability to manage a high volume of styles and assets with exceptional attention to detail
  • munication skills, including strong file management and version control practices
  • Strong visual judgment and creative sensibility
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience with PLM systems a plus
  • A resourceful, collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

We aim to pay competitively for our size and industry. The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 USD, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer.
