Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled Design Director, AV Motion Graphics with extensive experience leading creative execution for theatrical, streaming, entertainment marketing, and trailer campaigns.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior motion graphics designer and animation who thrives both creatively and technically. You will actively design, animate, and oversee the visual execution of high-profile campaigns from concept through release, ensuring every deliverable meets the highest standards of cinematic storytelling, motion design, and finishing.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in After Effects, Cinema 4D, trailer graphics, AV marketing, streaming campaigns,, typography, compositing, and motion design workflows.
Job Responsibilities
  • Design and animate premium motion graphics for theatrical trailers, streaming promos, TV spots, digital campaigns, and entertainment marketing assets
  • Lead visual execution across campaigns while remaining hands-on "on-the-box" in Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Editors, Producers, to develop compelling visual storytelling
  • Oversee campaign graphics from creative concept through final delivery
  • Maintain exceptional standards in:
    • Motion graphics design
    • Animation
    • Typography
    • Compositing
    • Visual effects finishing
    • Trailer graphics polish
  • Mentor and guide motion designers and animators, providing creative direction and constructive feedback
  • Review and approve all graphics prior to delivery, ensuring creative consistency and technical accuracy
  • Support multiple simultaneous theatrical and streaming marketing campaigns in fast-paced production environments
  • Partner with editorial and production teams to maintain efficient workflows and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Troubleshoot creative and technical challenges during finishing and delivery phases
  • Contribute to project scoping, scheduling, and resource planning from a design leadership perspective
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in:
