Volt Assembly Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Volt is hiring Clean Room Assemblers for a busy manufacturing facility in Camarillo, CA.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain a sterile environment by following CGMP guidelines and clean room procedures.
• Measure, cut, position, and align tubing and small components for assembly.
• Clean work surfaces and equipment using alcohol and bleach solutions.
• Utilize hand tools such as cable guns, tubing spreaders, bag sealers, tubing cutters, and other assembly equipment.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, work instructions, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Determine the sequence of assembly and complete products according to specifications.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Complete required production documentation, including batch and lot records.
• Inspect, clean, and verify components and finished assemblies.
• Report defects, malfunctions, or production issues to supervisors.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow directions and seek clarification when needed.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Hourly Pay:  $21.00/Hour

Schedule: 1st shift schedules

• 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
