Volt is immediately hiring for Electronic Assembly Technician in Fairfield, Ohio.

As an Electronic Assembly Technician you will:
  • Read electrical schematics and become familiar and skilled in usage of all tools required to wire gear.
  • Have knowledge of electrical equipment and their usage
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Meet daily production goals while following all safety procedures
  • Operate machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely
  • Be compliant with all safety policies and procedures
  • Stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Perform basic line preventative maintenance
  • Follow all work instructions, safety rules, and quality guidelines

This is a Full- Time contract to hire opportunity.
1st shift: 5am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday
2nd Shift: 3:30pm-2am Monday-Thursday (Training is on 1st shift for up to 3 week)
The ideal Electronic Assembly Technician will have:
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
  • Able to use hand and power tools
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Steel-toe shoes required
  • High School diploma or GED Required
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening

Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
