ServiceNow ITOM SME (VMware & Wireless Monitoring Support)
  • Configure ServiceNow Event Management integrations for ScienceLogic-monitored infrastructure.
  • Implement correlation, aggregation, suppression, and deduplication rules based on client requirements.
  • Configure alert-to-CMDB binding and service impact visibility.
  • Implement automated incident creation, assignment, notification, and escalation workflows.
  • Validate event processing and alert lifecycle management across monitoring integrations.
  • Support operational reporting, dashboards, and service health views.
  • Troubleshoot event ingestion, alert generation, and integration issues.
  • Work with ScienceLogic and Splunk teams to ensure end-to-end event flow and visibility.
  • Support user acceptance testing, production deployment, and operational readiness activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational support procedures.
