Job description

What we're looking for:

You will use your direct experience as a Recruiter or Account Manager in the Travel Nursing Industry to serve as a partner and key collaborator with our clients to understand their staffing needs. You will proactively solve problems, fill open jobs, and ultimately grow these strategic relationships to maintain and expand our business.Β  The Account Manager will take initiative, setting objectives and creating actionable plans to deliver results. You will be a resourceful, solution oriented problem-solver, expertly navigating areas such as how and when jobs are posted, upcoming projects or staffing challenges, what the job submission requirements are, and the interview and offer process cadence. You will remove barriers where possible and work collaboratively with the product and Nurse Advocate teams to increase our submission-to-offer rate. The Account Manager will be the day-to-day relationship support required to place and retain Clinicians.

Your responsibilities:
  • Maintain trusted relationships with assigned clients, resulting in a 100% retention rate of current and future accounts.
  • Meet assigned targets for growth.
  • Develop new relationships that result in successful additions to our client roster.
  • Gather and track feedback from clients and create reports on the health of relationships and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership on the Nurse Advocate team to improve standing with clients through higher quantity and quality of placements.
  • Proactively identify and offer solutions to barriers for growth in our accounts and placements.

You have:

  • 3 or more years of experience in healthcare staffing with direct experience working with RNs, either in Account Management or Recruitment, preferably at a high-growth startup and/or a healthcare or staffing company.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strategic relationships and growing a book of business with RNs through excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to hold challenging conversations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare staffing landscape and buyers (VMS/MSP/Direct).
  • Knowledge of compliance criteria and Joint Commission requirements for RN professions.
  • Worked cross-functionally and enjoy working as a team to achieve a goal.
  • A High School Diploma is required, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
