This is a full-time onsite role at our Dickinson, ND location.


Job Description

As a Medicare Advisor, you will will be expected to develop and maintain a strong working relationships with your clients. This book consists of Medicare, ACA and small group clientele. You will also work with our carrier partners to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our client service standards.

This includes:

  • Build positive relationships with clients through face-to-face, phone, and email interactions (up to 15 appointments per day during renewal period)
  • Provide professional and courteous service to clients
  • Plan and execute client service plans
  • Analyze client risks; execute coverage and program changes
  • Develop positive working relationships with our partner carriers and team
  • Promote marketing efforts such as mailers and seminars
  • Stay up-to-date on what's happening in the markets

Requirements

  • Prior Medicare sales experience, preferred
  • ND Life and Health Insurance License or willing to obtain within 60 days of employment 
  • Prospecting experience as well as the ability to meet sales goals and metrics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Desire to be part of a growing and collaborative team
  • Enthusiasm, exceptional communication skills, and a strong work ethic
  • Work full-time onsite at our Dickinson, ND branch
