We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in providing quality care to our long-term care, nursing home, and rehabilitation center patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional who is passionate about providing excellent care and has a commitment to patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Perform assessments of patients and document findings in medical records.
  • Assist with patient activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Monitor vital signs and report changes to the appropriate medical personnel.
