What You'll Do
  • Streamline critical review and approval processes, supporting ongoing governance and facilitating submissions from diverse stakeholders to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Actively gather and assess use cases and feedback, exploring new platforms and capabilities to continuously enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Champion marketing-wide coordination, communications, education, and enablement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and improvement.
  • Develop and execute robust change management activities, ensuring the successful adoption of new processes and technologies across the team.
  • Contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of project portfolio governance, meticulously documenting processes, tools, standards, and templates.
  • Efficiently manage intake requests by reviewing submissions, validating completeness, and collaborating with requestors to ensure comprehensive information for prioritization and strategic decision-making.
  • Support essential planning and reporting activities, preparing comprehensive meeting materials, executive-level updates, and leadership-ready summaries.
  • Assist with critical annual and quarterly portfolio planning, consolidating inputs and organizing materials for strategic review.
  • Support the development and seamless rollout of operational tools, templates, and process documentation to enhance team enablement and ensure strict adherence to standards.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly team reporting, synthesizing accomplishments, challenges, opportunities, and risks into clear, leadership-ready updates.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or a related operational role.
  • Proven experience supporting intake, planning, or governance processes within a marketing or technology environment.
  • Strong written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to prepare leadership-ready materials.
  • Comfort working across diverse teams and effectively managing multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • High flexibility and adaptability when switching tasks across disparate areas of focus.
  • Highly independent, with the ability to activate with incomplete information or limited context.
