THE ROLE

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading retail fixture rollouts from concept to completion. You'll be the central link between internal teams and the client, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met with clarity and confidence.

This role reports to the Head of Projects and plays a key role in delivering high-performance execution, strengthening client relationships, and driving operational results.

TOP 5 RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. OWN THE PROJECT ROADMAP
    Drive project schedules from design to installation. Ensure all phases are aligned across Estimation, Design, Procurement, Production, and Logistics.
  2. CLIENT EXPERIENCE LEAD
    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive communication, clear updates, and swift problem resolution.
  3. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION
    Collaborate closely with internal departments to remove roadblocks, anticipate risks, and ensure execution is seamless across the chain.
  4. DEFICIENCY & CHANGE ORDER MANAGEMENT
    Identify, log, and resolve deficiencies quickly. Manage change orders professionally and with full traceability.
  5. ON-TIME, ON-BUDGET, NO EXCUSES
    You are accountable for delivering projects that meet our quality standards—on time and within budget, every time.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

BY 3 MONTHS:
You have taken full ownership of active projects and have built strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders. You've demonstrated an ability to manage complex timelines, flag risks early, and provide crisp communication.

BY 12 MONTHS:
You've delivered multiple successful fixture programs from start to finish, driving efficiency, improving process flow, and becoming a trusted advisor to your clients. You've helped shape internal SOPs and elevate the standard of project delivery at IVC

  • Fluent in both English and French (preferred)
  • Proficient in project tracking tools (ERP, Smartsheet, etc.)
