WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Lead end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of AV integration projects
  • Define project scope, objectives and deliverable in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, task lists, and resource plans
  • Assign responsibilities and track progress towards key milestones and deliverables
  • Monitor labor hours and manage overall project budget to ensure financial targets are met
  • Create work order and schedule labor
  • Participate in construction meetings to ensure project is on track
  • Provide regular progress updates to internal teams and external clients
  • Oversee and implement change orders with appropriate documentation and approvals
  • Manage punch lists and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field-or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the Audio Visual industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, articulate ideas clearly, and engage effectively with clients and team members
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and project priorities with precision
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams
  • Experience navigating and resolving conflict in a professional, solutions-oriented manner
  • Composure and effectiveness in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and /or move up to 70 pounds. This position may require travel between offices, jobsites, and/or client locations, which may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, lifting light luggage, and adapting to different time zones.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The hiring compensation range for this position is an annual base salary of $75,000 - $106,500. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
