Job description

Amplio is looking for high-quality managers with construction and technical ability who thrive in a fast-paced, team-based working environment. Our job is to provide the right technological solutions to churches in order to create engaging and distraction-free environments through audio, video, and lighting design. As the hardworking boots on the ground, handling the bulk of the hands-on work done on each project, Integrators play a key role in new church campuses opening, existing services expanding their reach, and providing streamlined solutions for churches. The Integration Manager role is for those with substantial knowledge of Audio, Video, Lighting, and construction, who are ready to begin gaining experience in areas of greater technical complexity and lead others toward successful completion of projects.


Responsibilities of the Role

  • Permanently installing, pre-commissioning, troubleshooting, and verifying quality control of AVL systems on job sites
  • Leading and managing daily tasks and teams of 3-12 integrators over the duration of a project
  • Coaching and training integration staff in the latest construction practices
  • Ensuring a safe working environment at job sites
  • Driving and flying to and from job sites, oftentimes across the country


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience with AVL technology and general construction experience
  • 4+ years experience leading teams and projects
  • Willingness to travel a lot and work hard. Project travel can run up to 3 weeks at a time and consist of 5-6 10+ hour workdays during the week
  • Must live in the Chicagoland area or be willing to relocate
  • Must be physically able to climb ladders, scaffolding, work safely at heights above 30', lift heavy items, safely operate power tools, and consistently train others to do so as well
  • Must hold a current driver's license with a clean driving record
