Description
TeleSolv Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead administrative support services, oversee contract performance, manage staffing, and ensure high-quality service delivery in the Arlington, VA area.
This position supports the federal government, and all applicants must be local to the Arlington, VA area.
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful day-to-day management of contract operations, including supervision of contractor personnel, coordination of administrative support functions, performance monitoring, communication with government stakeholders, and delivery of required services. This role requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure all administrative, records, information management, receptionist, mail, facilities, and conference room support requirements are met.
This position supports a Government office environment responsible for administrative management, records management, FOIA support, internal and external information dissemination, receptionist and visitor assistance, mail and file management, conference room readiness, workroom maintenance, travel support, facilities support, and other administrative management programs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily contract operations and ensure successful performance of all required administrative support services.
  • Serve as the primary Contractor representative for contract matters related to daily operations.
  • Supervise, manage, and support contractor personnel assigned to the program.
  • Coordinate with Government personnel, including the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative, as required.
  • Ensure personnel meet required qualifications and provide verifying documentation when requested.
  • Support staffing continuity, including notification of personnel changes and coordination of substitutions or replacements.
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and operational tracking.
  • Oversee performance and implementation of the Quality Control Program.
  • Monitor workflow effectiveness and ensure quality assurance of work products submitted to the Government.
  • Manage administrative services support functions such as office management, records support, human resources support, procurement-related support, facilities support, and related administrative operations.
  • Analyze and implement business processes to improve efficiency and contract performance.
  • Lead projects, develop project plans, and support creation and maintenance of process maps.
  • Use data to support decision-making, measure performance, and improve outcomes.
  • Manage multiple tasks, priorities, timelines, costs, compliance requirements, and operational risks.
  • Support records management, information management, reporting, internal and external dissemination of information, FOIA-related administrative support, reception support, mail and file support, facilities support, and conference/audio-visual readiness as required by the contract.
  • Ensure staff are cross-trained on business processes and contract functions to support coverage of duties when needed.
  • Maintain professional standards of integrity, quality, responsiveness, and customer service in all interactions.
  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for audio-visual equipment during events, as needed.
  • Support phase-in activities, including hiring necessary personnel, obtaining required certifications and clearances, participating in inventories, attending post-award meetings, and completing required training.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operational needs.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • College degree required; business, management, or a related degree preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and retain a SECRET security clearance.
  • At least 15 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong leadership, management, and supervisory skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with performance and oversight of a Quality Control Program.
  • Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Experience with administrative services such as office management, records, human resources support, or procurement.
  • Experience analyzing and implementing business processes.
  • Experience leading projects, including creating project plans and process maps.
  • Proficiency using software for data analysis, financial management, and project management.
  • Proficiency with commercial software packages and databases, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to respond flexibly and provide rapid assistance in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with risk management related to timelines, costs, or compliance.
