Job description

As a visual floor manager, you're responsible for supporting the brand leader and store team in our UK flagship store to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers.
As a visual floor manager you'll be really hands on with the product, you'll love styling and creating stories in store though visual merchandising. This role is broad, you'll have the opportunity to work with our very best flagship product assortment across both womenswear and menswear clothing and non apparel. You will plan and launch monthly product drops in store and execute our flagship windows and seasonal campaign launches in partnership with the brand and VM leadership team.
What will I be doing?
  • The majority of your day will be spent on our busy shop floor ensuring that all product looks incredible, as well as reflecting the AllSaints brand to ensure that customers receive the best experience in store
  • You'll be an expert ambassador for our product, with the knowledge to inspire both our customers and the team
  • Commercially driven, you will work with pace ensuring that our product is showcased well at all times, ensuring guidelines are followed and that the best-selling products are prominently displayed to our customers so they get the best brand experience and feel amazing when they visit our store
  • Use commercial decisions and work in conjunction with the management team to enable the store to exceed its targets and KPIs.
  • Create and implement floor plans and rotas independently, setting the store up for success for the day
  • As a part of the global flagship team you will be exposed to and lead visits with a varied range of our senior leadership team, including director level leadership
  • Ensure partnership between visual presentation and commerciality is cohesive and execution of directives is flawless and efficient
  • Proven ability to train and develop
  • Strong communication skills, able to work with all levels of management and store teams
  • Capacity to identify problems and develop solutions to visual merchandising opportunities at all levels.
  • Design plans to enhance visual presentation and drive business
  • Partners closely with brand leaders to ensure effective execution in regards to density, replenishment and size availability upon store visits
  • Train management on wardrobe guidelines and ensure dress code standards are adhered to
  • Responsible for ensuring store experience is up to standard, including music and digital displays
  • Partnership with the maintenance department to resolve and expedite any store issues including but not limited to fixtures and lighting

About the location
Our North America region is made up of 76 retail locations across the US and Canada with our flagship store in SoHo, New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand' infamous aesthetic to the West Hollywood hills.

This is a full time hourly role available at a rate of: $25.60 - $26.70 USD/Hour, plus bonus potential.
