Ben Bridge Jeweler's corporate office in Downtown Seattle is seeking a qualified Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Visual Merchandising Manager, Design leads the design and execution of visual merchandising initiatives across all store locations. This role ensures a consistent, elevated in-store experience aligned with brand standards, while managing end-to-end project execution, vendor partnerships, and store communication.ย 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead concept development and execution of seasonal window displays and in-store visual programs
  • Manage end-to-end visual merchandising projects from concept through rollout, including timelines, production, and distribution
  • Partner cross-functionally to align visual direction with marketing campaigns and brand priorities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for vendors (print, fabrication, floral, etc.), managing production, quality control, and delivery
  • Develop and communicate clear visual merchandising directives to stores; support execution and troubleshooting
  • Support store openings and remodels with tailored visual programs
  • Oversee inventory of visual assets, packaging, and display materials; manage ordering, reordering, and quality control
  • Maintain organization of visual merchandising storage, assets, and processes
  • Track vendor invoices and support operational workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and execution across projects and processes

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 4+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or related field
  • Background in luxury retail or brand-led environments

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
  • Graphic design experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp or similar)
  • Experience supporting store environments at scale across multiple locations
  • Strong project management experience within a creative or retail environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing production processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Solutions-oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage with a sense of urgency
  • Willingness to advocate on behalf of the company with vendors as it relates to pricing and timelines

Working Standards:

  • Occasional travel up to 10% may be required
  • Hybrid schedule, will be required to work on site in office 3 days a week or on assigned days to perform essential functions involving interaction with co-workers, managers, as well as operation or materials located only on-site and direct interaction with internal and/or external customers and vendors.

Range: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

As a full-time associate, you will be eligible for health and welfare benefits. Other benefits include employee merchandise discounts, paid training and paid time off, such as: vacation, holidays, bereavement and jury duty. Paid training includes certification from the Gemological Institute of America (following completion of one year service time).
