Visual Merchandising Associates are retail professionals responsible for creating attractive product displays and layouts in stores to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales. They collaborate with store managers and other teams to implement visual strategies, ensuring products are presented in a way that aligns with brand standards and seasonal themes. Their duties include arranging merchandise, setting up promotional displays, and maintaining an organized, visually appealing store environment. Visual Merchandising Associates use creativity and attention to detail to influence customer behavior and highlight key products.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a visual merchandising associate, and why are they important?
