ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Intern to join the KHAITE team for this Fall '26 Semester. This role will report to the Director, Visual Merchandising and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This internship is unpaid and for college credit only.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Visual Merchandising team with the execution of seasonal store updates, window installations, and in-store merchandising initiatives.
  • Assist with preparing visual merchandising guidelines, floor plans, product stories, and presentation materials for retail locations.
  • Help coordinate product pulls, styling requests, and inventory organization to support store launches and visual updates.
  • Conduct store visits and provide feedback on visual standards, product presentation, and merchandising opportunities.
  • Support the preparation and execution of special events, activations, and retail experiences to ensure a cohesive brand presentation.
  • Research luxury retail trends, competitor environments, and visual storytelling techniques to provide insights and inspiration for future merchandising initiatives.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Interpersonal Skills:

Education/Experience:

  • Currently enrolled for a Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the Google Suite
  • Prior internship or work experience in visual merchandising, retail, or merchandising. Luxury experience is preferred.
