About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Why Join Us?

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, and our success is powered by our commitment to being Customer Zero. We are looking for a Product Manager, Visual Strategist to be the definitive visual architect for our most complex and strategic product stories. You will be the critical link between our product innovations and the clarity required by our C-suite and top-tier customers.

You won't just create slides-you will own the narrative blueprints that enable our leaders to articulate our technical vision and the hard-won lessons we learn as our own first customer. This highly visible role requires Trailblazer-level creativity and a deep, empathetic understanding of complex systems, all in service of our core values.

Your Impact: The Visual Voice of Customer Zero

As the Principal Visual Strategist, you will take on the unique challenge of transforming the most difficult, hard-to-explain technical concepts, processes, and data into simple, compelling, and executive-ready presentations for both internal leaders and external customers. You ensure the power of our Customer Zero mission-that we are a business that truly runs on our own technology-is clearly understood. For the highest-visibility materials, you'll collaborate with our world-class Creative and Marketing teams, blending deep product expertise with world-class design capabilities to tell stories that move the business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Narrative Development: Partner directly with Product and executive stakeholders (internal and customer) to co-develop strategic narratives that articulate our technical vision, product roadmap, and business impact through the lens of Customer Zero learnings.

  • Technical Simplification & Visualization (The "Bluebox" Expert): Act as the visual interpreter, translating dense concepts, multi-step system architectures, and complex tracking data into highly simplified diagrams, visual metaphors, and flowcharts. Your goal is to capture and communicate the hard-won lessons we gain from pioneering our own technology first.

  • Proactive Story Discovery & Development: Proactively engage with Product teams and Customer Zero stakeholders through deep-dive interviews, qualitative research, and quantitative analysis to uncover compelling stories, identify gaps in our narrative, and create high-impact materials that drive business results.

  • Strategic Event Partnership: Serve as the technical storytelling partner for major Marketing-led initiatives (e.g., Dreamforce keynotes, World Tour Executive Briefings), ensuring narrative accuracy and that our Customer Zero learnings are authentically represented in all external-facing materials.

  • Visual Excellence & Stewardship: Ensure our Customer Zero story is told with visual consistency, technical accuracy, and the highest quality standards across keynotes, enablement materials, and executive briefings, establishing and maintaining best practices for assets, particularly those created by teams beyond those we regularly collaborate with.

  • Cross-Team Direction & Alignment: Provide clear, written direction to partners across Creative, Marketing, and Communications teams, translating technical complexity into actionable guidance and ensuring a single, aligned, and compelling story across all channels.

What We're Looking For (The Trailblazer You Are)

Required Skills & Experience

  • Executive Communications Mastery: 4+ years of experience in executive communications, strategic consulting, or product marketing roles with a proven focus on C-level presentation development in a technology domain.

  • Visual Design Fluency: Expert-level proficiency in Google Slides / PowerPoint / Keynote with a strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex product architecture and processes into visually compelling, easy-to-digest formats.

  • Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to quickly consume, process, and understand highly technical subject matter (e.g., Service Cloud, Data Cloud, AgentForce) and distill it for a non-technical executive audience.

  • Strategic & Creative Thinker: A natural storyteller who is obsessed with clarity and proof, able to use the challenges and successes of the "Customer Zero" experience to build confidence and trust with external leaders.

  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Deep understanding of the Customer Success journey and the ability to proactively influence product perception through simplified, value-driven visuals.
