Position Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Presentation Launch Communications Analyst to support New Model Programs (NMP). You will build, format, and optimize critical presentations for launch readiness reviews, gateway milestones, and executive meetings. While providing dedicated backend support for major launch meetings, you will actively lead working sessions to develop launch standard templates. The ideal candidate blends expert PowerPoint skills, a strong eye for visual design, statistical knowledge, and AI proficiency to transform complex launch data into clean, corporate-friendly communications that drive clear decision-making.
Skills Required:
Microsoft PowerPoint, Training, Microsoft Excel, Business Strategy, Budgets/Timing, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Word Processing, Artificial Intelligence & Expert Systems
Microsoft PowerPoint - Ability to build structured, executive-ready presentations that communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences. Includes slide layout, data visualization, and narrative flow.
Training - Not referenced in job description, but employee will need to be able to explain/train others on how to use the templates/proformas they create.
Microsoft Excel - Ability to validate data, use formulas/lookups, digest datasets and translate them into easily understood charts/pivot tables

Experience Required:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Attention to Detail and Drive for Flawless Execution: Ability and desire to produce flawless templates/visual communications with zero formatting or data tie-point errors.
PowerPoint Expertise & Design: Position requires expert knowledge of PowerPoint (e.g., working with Master Templates, complex charts, tables, graphics, and Notes Pages) and a strong eye for slide design and visual hierarchy.
AI-supported analysis: Comfortable using AI tools for research and problem-solving with rigorous validation of outputs.
Time management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; deliver insights within tight timelines.
Experience Preferred:
Statistical & Data Literacy: Solid foundational understanding of business analytics, interpreting statistical results, and translating data into a business context.
Data Tools: Experience with data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills for quick analyses.
Industry Knowledge: Automotive experience or domain knowledge in manufacturing or product launches.
