Walker Sands is one of the fastest-growing integrated B2B marketing agencies in the world. We are looking for a highly creative Sr. Designer to build distinctive brand systems and marketing experiences for B2B clients. Total compensation for this role, is expected to be between $77,000 and $90,000 per year.

Senior Designers at Walker Sands shape and execute creatively driven, strategically grounded visual work across visual identity systems, brand platforms, integrated campaigns and multi-channel marketing programs. Reporting to senior design leadership, this role combines advanced craft expertise with growing leadership responsibility.

You will independently lead complex design initiatives across a wide range of industry-leading B2B clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and refreshing comprehensive visual identity systems from logos and core design foundations to scalable brand guidelines, while delivering flawless full-funnel executions across marketing touchpoints. 

As a senior team member within an integrated agency, you will collaborate seamlessly across disciplines to ensure design strengthens brand equity and drives real business outcomes for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative & Craft Execution

  • Lead the execution of highly creative and complex visual work across identity systems, digital experiences, campaigns and content ecosystems.
  • Demonstrate mastery of typography, grid systems, color theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
  • Clearly communicate strong strategic rationale behind all your design decisions.
  • Deeply understand and seamlessly translate strategic direction into compelling visual solutions.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest agency and client standards for quality, consistency and creativity.

Brand & Systems Application

  • Lead and contribute to the development and expansion of scalable visual frameworks and campaign toolkits.
  • Apply brand systems consistently across touchpoints while adapting for channel-specific needs.
  • Lead and contribute to the ongoing refinement and evolution of clients' brand expressions.

Cross-Function Collaboration

  • Partner closely with art directors, copywriters and strategists during concepting and execution.
  • Work with senior members of the media, PR and content teams to align creative with integrated activation plans.
  • Present work internally and to clients with strong rationale, openness to feedback and the ability to evolve suggestions in the moment.

Growth & Professional Development

  • Continuously strengthen craft across conceptual design, systems thinking and emerging technologies.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship and day-to-day guidance to Designers and Associate Designers.
  • Actively seek and offer thoughtful craft feedback to elevate cross-functional team output.
  • Stay current on design trends, B2B marketing innovation and AI-enabled creative workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • 5-8 years of agency design experience.
  • Proven experience building highly creative brand systems and integrated campaigns.
  • Portfolio demonstrating advanced craft, conceptual thinking and multi-channel application.

Skills & Expertise

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
