Job description

Graphic Design Manager

Weโ€™re seeking an experienced Graphic Design Manager for a 3+ month contract opportunity with a well-established brand. This role is ideal for a highly skilled designer who can lead creative execution across digital and print channels while helping maintain a strong, consistent visual identity.


Responsibilities

  • Lead design execution for homepage updates, landing pages, and promotional site content
  • Create seasonal campaign assets across digital, print, and retail channels
  • Develop retail signage, in-store marketing materials, and print collateral
  • Support design system and template development to improve consistency and scalability
  • Manage creative workflows, including intake, timelines, and project coordination
  • Help maintain a high bar for creative quality across projects
  • Provide guidance and visual direction to more junior designers when needed


Qualifications

  • 6+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in a fast-paced brand or marketing environment
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
  • Experience designing across digital, print, and retail marketing formats
  • Strong understanding of campaign development, layout, and visual storytelling
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
  • HTML/CSS knowledge and video editing experience are a plus
  • Available to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with onsite work and remote Fridays
