Job description

Monitors and coordinates the day-to-day operations of all revenue producing onsite marketplace activities, regarding maintenance, security, contractual obligations, entertainment, parking, custodial, landscaping, and all other aspects in a way that reflects PCC's standards of excellence.

Essential Functions:

  • Monitors Marketplace daily maintenance, security, parking (including zoned transportation), guest services, janitorial, landscaping, audio/ visual/ digital needs, and reports any issues to the appropriate PCC contacts.
  • Monitor all tenant needs regarding PCC facilities, processes, and procedures.
  • Monitors all on-site tenant locations for product quality and sales efforts.
  • Monitors and keeps informed of all products, services, and other general information of interest at on-site tenant locations.
