Job description

Job Title: Systems Engineer L1 - TS/SCI FS Poly
Location: [Onsite]
Overview:
Seeking a cleared Systems Engineer with RF/E3 experience supporting full lifecycle systems engineering and EMI testing in a mission environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply systems engineering across lifecycle phases (Concept → Retirement)
  • Support ISO/IEC 15288 process areas
  • Perform EMI/E3 testing (HF/VHF/UHF unintended emissions)
  • Develop test plans and deliver formal technical reports
  • Define/review system performance to meet E3 electric field limits
  • Use RF tools (spectrum/network analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators)
  • Interface with government stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Travel ~3x/year (7-10 days)

Required:
  • Active TS/SCI [Poly if needed]
  • Experience with Python and/or Visual Basic
  • Strong RF background (EMI, antennas, propagation, components)
  • Experience with test planning and technical documentation

Education/Experience (one required):
  • Bachelor's (Engineering or related) + 1 yr Systems Engineering

OR
  • Bachelor's + 12 credits in ISO/IEC 15288 process areas

OR
  • HS/GED + 4 yrs Systems Engineering experience

Nice to Have:
  • EMC testing, EMI mitigation, antenna calibration
