Job description

Job Summary:
Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) delivers high-impact, technical solutions to complex national security issues. They are seeking an experienced computer modeler to produce quantitative analysis of CBRN effects to support air operations for their government clients.
Responsibilities:
• The CWMD Model Programmer uses advanced programming languages to model CBRN effects applied to air operations.
• The CMP will develop frameworks for incorporating scientific data, testing results, and other inputs.
• Model outputs will characterize environmental factors and operational risk to personnel and operations.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree and 7 years’ experience with military operations analysis and/or CWMD modeling
• Advanced proficiency in using and applying Python, C++, and Visual Basic within DoD analytic environments
• Recent experience with AF and DoD counterproliferation and CWMD programs
• Top Secret clearance with SCI and sub-compartment eligibility
Preferred:
• 10 years’ experience conducting CWMD / CBRN operational analysis
• 5 years’ experience within DTRA or Service CWMD staff organization
