RESPONSIBILITIES: The Visit Coordinator is the first point of contact for the Admissions Department visitors. Responsibilities include working with the Student Ambassador Organization (SAO), evaluating campus tour and guides, training tour guides, scheduling interview appointments, campus tours, maintaining records, data entry, website updates, and other general office duties.
REQUIREMENTS: This position requires strong interpersonal and communications skills, extraordinary attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills. The associate must be tactful, possess a pleasant personality, and be able to respond to parents, students, and other department associates pleasantly and professionally. The employee must be PC proficient and have the ability to work independently.
A high school diploma/GED and one to three years of clerical experience are requirements of this position. Business College or college-level courses are desirable. The successful candidate will be willing to work a flexible schedule as working weekend registrations, and special admissions events are requirements of this position.
