Responsibilities:
Youth Care Workers are staff who provide direct care and structure to girls with intense behavioral and emotional needs. Workers will be responsible for the supervision of the girls on a day-to-day and moment-by-moment basis. Each Youth Care Worker will be responsible for conducting therapeutic activities with the girls such as art groups, equestrian activities, yoga, recreational activities, etc. Youth Care Workers must possess extraordinary patience and be able to maintain personal and professional boundaries. Youth Care Workers are also role models who demonstrate what healthy relationships look like.

With this, comes the need for patience and compassion, while understanding appropriate boundaries. These individuals will maintain an environment which will allow girls the time and perceived safety to begin the healing process.
