Warehouse Associate – Inductor / Vecna Robot Support (1st Shift)

Vision Quest – DHL / Henkel Distribution Center (Louisville, KY)

Vision Quest is hiring reliable Inductor Box Makers to support Locus Robotics automated picking operations at a high-volume DHL-managed Henkel distribution center.

This is a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment offering long-term stability, consistent overnight hours, and overtime opportunities for increased weekly earnings.

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Full-time position with Vision Quest

Consistent overtime opportunities available from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm (time-and-a-half pay)

Build and assemble boxes for orders

Place completed boxes in the staging area

Apply order labels accurately to each box

Scan barcodes using the LocuBots system

Load boxes onto the robotic system correctly

Release robots to start the picking process

Support order flow to keep operations running smoothly

Follow all warehouse safety rules and OSHA regulations

Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

Standing, walking, bending, twisting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift

Ability to work in a fast-paced, automation-driven warehouse environment

Warehouse experience preferred (automation experience a plus)

Experience in Locus Robotics or similar automated systems is a plus, not required

Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Must pass background check and drug screening

Experience with Locus Robotics or similar warehouse automation systems is a plus

Familiarity with robot-assisted warehouse workflows (induction / staging / order flow) is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced, automated warehouse environment

Team-oriented with good communication skills

Safety-focused mindset in a warehouse environment
