Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate vision inspection and measurement systems during production
  • Load and position parts for automated measurement and inspection
  • Monitor vision system performance and inspection results
  • Verify part dimensions and tolerances using vision equipment
  • Identify defective or out-of-tolerance parts and report issues to supervisors or quality teams
  • Perform routine system checks, calibration verification, and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain inspection records and production documentation
  • Follow quality procedures, safety standards, and work instructions
  • Assist with setup and changeovers for different part types
  • Keep work area clean and organized

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, or machine operation preferred
  • Basic understanding of dimensional measurement and inspection processes
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, or measurement specifications preferred
  • Familiarity with vision systems, cameras, or automated inspection equipment is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
