VIS Group is looking for a positive and high-paced individual to join our team to assist with accounting tasks for our growing community management company. This position will be located in Bellevue, WA. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, the ability to multitask and adjust to an ever-changing deadlines and schedules.

About Our Company: We are a growing community management company, with clients throughout the Puget Sound area and offices in Lacey, WA and Bellevue, WA.


Job Location: Bellevue, WA
Hours/Week: 40 hours
Starting Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounting Clerk performs day-to-day tasks within the accounting department, including, but not limited to:


· accounts payable,

· accounts receivable,

· invoicing,

· ACH processing,

· audit/tax support

· delinquent account processing

· communication with customers on accounting related matters

· other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· High level of organizational and time management skills

· Excellent knowledge of general computer systems

· Work well under pressure

· Good knowledge of accrual method of reporting

· General understanding of trust accounting requirements within the context of community management is preferable

Education: Associate degree in accounting or relevant experience.
