Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our team at M & D Mechanical Contractors. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work remotely from Houston, TX, USA and provide administrative support to our team of contractors. This is a full-time position with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for contractors

- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails

- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files

- Assist with project coordination and document preparation

- Conduct research and gather information as needed

- Create and update reports, presentations, and other documents

- Monitor and respond to emails and messages on behalf of contractors
