Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Moveworks team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading Moveworks implementation projects and workstreams across discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities using an agile deployment methodology
  • Establishing user journeys and user stories to support the design and configuration of the Moveworks AI Assistant, including knowledge management, conversational flows, and enterprise search capabilities
  • Configuring and optimizing AI agents, plugins, and integrations within the Moveworks platform to automate employee support workflows across HR, IT, and other enterprise functions
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document current-state service delivery operations, and support joint design sessions
  • Managing project plans, milestones, risks, scope, and deliverables while supporting integrations with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, and other human resources information system or information technology service management platforms

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience supporting system integrations, including hands-on work with application programming interfaces (APIs), Representational State Transfer (REST), or Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), and troubleshooting integration issues
  • 4+ years of experience implementing enterprise platforms, including Workday or ServiceNow, across configuration support, testing, and deployment activities
  • Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • 4+ years of experience with solution architecture and system design for AI-driven employee experiences, including virtual assistants, automation, or orchestration across HR or IT platforms
  • 2+ years of experience with Moveworks platform configuration, Agent Studio, or similar conversational artificial intelligence platforms
  • 2+ years of experience collaborating with HR, IT, information security, and platform teams to deliver technical solutions and resolve issues
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • 2+ years of Big 4 consulting experience
  • 2+ years of experience designing or implementing an HR shared service center or employee service delivery transformation initiatives

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100.
