Job description

Position Summary
The primary responsibility of a Virtual Product Specialist is to execute the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model and create a positive experience for our guests that keeps them coming back. Proper execution of these 2 areas will enable the product specialist to exceed targeted SPH (Sales Per Hour) and drive company KPIs all while maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction as measured by our guest survey.
Position Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Maintain a primary focus on training and development on sales proficiency process
  • Utilize multiple online and software's to navigate guest engagements succesfully
  • Complete all training and demonstrate the ability to effectively execute to company expectations
  • Ensure daily task lists are completed by store teams
  • Drive proficiency using Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model and Guest Satisfaction
  • Perform order processing from start to finish when needed through Virtual Channels
  • Provide information to guests on all Commercial & Trade program benefits
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with Commercial and Trade guests while developing an understanding of service needs
  • Assist Commercial & Trade Managers or team with order placement/keying orders when necessary
  • Self-assess daily results and partner with Leadership on behavioral expectations to improve
  • Utilize all tools to the company standards
  • Help to build a culture throughout the department that drives the following positive company expected outcomes
  • Actively support and contribute to the department with the goal of helping the entire team delight guests and achieve revenue targets
  • Ability to work weekends and most holidays
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
1 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred. High volume experience is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs. Also will need to know how to effectively communicate via typed messages, this includes but not limited to being grammatically correct, and also be able to type for long hours.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will not have any supervisory responsibilities
Position Hiring Range
The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.
Compensation: -
Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
