Job description

The Recreation Housekeeper is responsible for assisting with the cleanliness of the River Ranch (family pool area/fitness center/Flex pool) by collecting used pool towels and picking up any debris from the seating areas. Assisting with laundry of the fitness/pool towels.

Qualifications/skills:
Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the employee will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently with or without reasonable accommodation.
Essential:
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English (speak, read, write) with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.

  • 2. Punctual, regular and reliable attendance.
    3. Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public in a courteous, patient, and diplomatic manner.
    4. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
    5. Ability to perform assigned duties with accuracy, attention to detail, speed and follow-through with a minimum of supervision.
    6. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evenings and mornings.
    Essential Physical Abilities:
    • Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, such as reaching, bending, stooping and lifting.
    • Remain in a stationary position for a maximum of eight hours (excluding meal and rest breaks) through out the work shift.
    • Ability to stand, walk and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions.
    • Repetitive hand motion (typing and computer mouse use) for extended periods of time.
    • Wage range of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
