Position Title: Training Program Coordinator
Location: Washington, DC (On-Site)
Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility Required

Position Overview
OMNI is seeking a Training Program Coordinator to support mission-critical workforce development initiatives by coordinating the planning, scheduling, and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training programs. The selected candidate will provide administrative, operational, and customer support while ensuring the successful execution of training activities and maintaining accurate program records.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning events.
  • Manage participant registration, training records, attendance, and course documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for training participants, instructors, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain training websites, learning management systems, and virtual training platforms.
  • Track training metrics, prepare reports, and analyze course evaluation data to support continuous improvement.
  • Develop briefing materials, reports, presentations, and other program documentation.
  • Support workforce development initiatives, special projects, and day-to-day program operations.
  • Collaborate with instructors, language professionals, field personnel, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

  • Bachelor's degree; degree requirement may be substituted with 3+ years of directly related experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing administrative, operational, or training program support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
  • U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal government or DoD training programs.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Virtual Academy, or similar training management platforms.
  • Experience coordinating virtual and hybrid training events.
