Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Trainer to deliver end-user training for the Benefits module of the State Unemployment Modernization System. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and delivering engaging training programs, creating instructional materials, and supporting users during system adoption. This role requires strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to ensure successful knowledge transfer to State employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for State end users on the Benefits portion of the Unemployment Modernization System.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials, including user guides, presentations, quick reference guides, job aids, and training manuals.
  • Design effective training programs tailored to business users with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Conduct hands-on system demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and user participation.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, SMEs, and technical teams to ensure training content reflects current system functionality.
  • Provide post-training support and answer user questions during system rollout.
  • Assist in change management and user adoption activities.
  • Maintain documentation of training schedules, attendance, and completion metrics.
  • Recommend improvements to training content and delivery methods based on participant feedback.
