Crunch Fitness Personal Trainer | Michigan
Turn Your Passion for Fitness Into a Career
Crunch Fitness is growing, and we're looking for motivated, energetic Personal Trainers / Fitness Coaches to join our Michigan teams.
Whether you're an experienced trainer, recently certified, or working toward your certification, this is an opportunity to build your career in fitness while helping members become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
At Crunch, you'll have the training, support, and coaching needed to build your client base, develop your skills, and grow your earning potential.
What You'll Do
As a Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach, you'll work directly with members to understand their goals and create an experience that keeps them motivated and progressing.
You'll:
  • Conduct fitness consultations and assessments
  • Create personalized training programs
  • Coach members through safe, effective, and engaging workouts
  • Help members with exercise, nutrition, cardiovascular fitness, resistance training, and healthy lifestyle habits
  • Build relationships and develop your own client base
  • Track member progress and adjust programs as needed
  • Help create the positive, high-energy No Judgments environment Crunch is known for

What We're Looking For
  • Passion for fitness and helping people reach their goals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and connect with different personalities
  • Comfort building and maintaining a personal training client base
  • Availability of a minimum of 25 hours per week, within 5 hour blocks.
  • Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent - or willingness to become certified within the approved timeframe
  • CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain it

Previous personal training, fitness, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but we're also interested in individuals who have the drive, personality, and commitment to build a career in fitness.
